Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your MyLock account and all associated data, please send us a request using the information below.

What will be deleted:

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Access keys and digital passes
  • Property associations and booking history
  • Device registrations
  • All app preferences and settings

How to request deletion:

Send an email to our support team with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email associated with your account.

Request Account Deletion

Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
